Refund Policy

This policy applies to purchases from AgenticIndex ("AgenticIndex") on getagenticindex.com. To request a refund, email support@getagenticindex.com from the email you used at checkout.

Fast-Track review ($99 one-time)

You get a full refund if we have not yet started reviewing your submission. Once the review has started, the fee is non-refundable, whatever the outcome of the review.

Monthly subscriptions (Verified Partner $149/mo, Category Sponsorship $499/mo)

You can cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you keep your benefits until then. We do not give refunds or credits for partial months.

Annual Verified Partner pass ($990/yr)

You can get a full refund if you ask within 14 days of your first annual payment. After 14 days, you can cancel to stop the next renewal, and you keep your benefits until the end of the paid year. We do not give partial refunds after the 14-day window. The 14-day window also applies to each annual renewal charge.

Exceptions

We will refund duplicate charges and charges made in error. Nothing in this policy limits any rights you have under applicable law.

Approved refunds go back to the original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days.
